Josey Wales heads to Niles for the first indoor CAS match of the Lake Park Raiders!

We had a real good turn-out Saturday! 13 shooters!
Thanks to everyone who braved the icy northeast Ohio highways and by-ways to come to Niles and try their hand at shootin’ indoors with the Lake Park Raiders!
This was the first match of our indoor season and it went over pretty dern good! Bigger is better! Targets that is!
Willy Goodnews took first place! Congratulations, Willy!
Willy was shootin’ smokeless and could actually see the targets! HaHa!
Mo came in second! Ain’t that a wonderment?!!
Third place went to our good friend, Swiftwater Jack!
Duelin’ Diehl was our only clean shooter! Congratulations, DD!
We ran through 3 “old stand-by” scenarios, took a slight intermission, then shot the last 2 stages. It worked out pretty good!
Turkey Flats Jack came by to compete indoors for the first time and I hope we see him again! He gave up the BP for a day so he could do smokeless with us! Not an easy thing to do!

Misc. Match Notes:
Unfortunately, the El Diablo sweep is going to Boot Hill to join the All for One sweep and the Cynthia Ann Parker sweep! Rest in pieces!
It just didn’t go over as well as I’d have liked but not to worry!
Our good friend, Wyatt N. Erdy aka Erdy Rose, the Singin’ Sidekick gave us a new Lone Ranger sweep and the Fireplace Chimney sweep!
Look for these in the not-to-distant future!
The next match is Thursday November 29, 2018!
