"Hey! I know that dude! Wasn't he in Rango!"
"You're right! He's the Spirit of the West!"
"He's gettin' ready to shoot the plate rack Outlaw style!"
"Can he do that?"
"Course he can! It's the Thursday Work Shirker Open Class CAS Match!"
"Besides, he be Will Muny from Missouri!"

Howdy!
It’s time for another “last Thursday of the month work-shirker, open class CAS match” down in the sleepy little cowboy town we call Yankee Flats!
That big Yankee Flats sign has gotta be a hoot for all the Old Order lumber jacks who are selectively removing timber from the property!
Oh, well! We try to bring a smile to all the faces that show up at our little cowboy town and serious range where folks go to ring the steel, chew the fat, shoot the breeze, and hang out where its shady!
Come join us for some Old West cowboy fun and jollification as we do another:
Thursday Work Shirker Open Class CAS Match!
Thursday September 29, 2019!
Shoot any style you want at any time you want!
Be a Gunfighter! You know you want to!
Try being a Duelist or a Double Duelist! Now’s your chance!
Shoot the plate rack Outlaw style! If it doesn’t work switch back to two hands! Roll over, Virgil! You ain’t got nothin’ to loose!
This is where you “get cho’ learnin’ tryin’ somethin’ different!”
Have you always wanted to shoot that side-by-side through the doorway like that dude in The Godfather?
Now’s the time to do it! It’ll be a blast! KaBoooom!
Trust me!
We’re gonna do 5 stages of Old West wackiness starting at the Rat Hotel with a couple MO-dified Ohio sweeps and the hotel.
We’ll do the Mercantile stage with the Brunswick Kid’s favorite sweep he stole from Brown Township! We’ll run to the Cactus Corral, do the plate rack, blast some chickens, run back to the Mercantile and blast the bottle knock-downs! YeeHaawww!
The Krazy Thom sweeps will be at the stage 3 Cabbage Patch. We’ll shoot out of the window, doorway, and from the tables!
The elk is alive and well and might could be moving again!
We’ll shoot him moving or not; he’s a good target! The big square is back on its big stand and ready to be peppered with some hot projectiles!
Speaking of “HOT!” look for the famous ChaCha sweep on the bells! Ole’!
Clay birds and our new BoJak sweep at the fort to wrap things up. Sounds like fun!
No lunch will be served so bring your snacks.
Water will be provided by the club.
Match fee is 10 dollars. We take gold.
Gates and doors open at 9:00 am.
Come early if you would like to help with set-up. Everyone is welcome.
The match starts at about 10:00 am after the Pledge and the safety meeting.
If it rains; we will have the match “under the roof” at the 25 yard range.
Visitors and spectators are welcome to come watch. Bring your safety glasses and hearing protection. It’s mandatory.
I hope to see you there!
