Thursday Work Shirker Open Class CAS Match!

October 31, 2019

Brookfield Conservation Club

Come join us down in the woods or up under the roof!

It’s the last match of the season and we’re shooting 5 fun-filled stages of Old West wackiness down in the spooky ol’ woods or up under the scary ol’ roof!

Doors and gates open at 8:30 am

Come early if you want to help with “set-up.”

You would be welcome.

Sign-up starts at 9:00 am

The match starts at 10:00 am after the

Pledge and a brief safety meeting.

Match fee is 10 dollars.

Coffee and Donuts in the morning.

Water is provided by the club.

No lunch is scheduled so bring your snacks.

We’ll start at the Nido de Ratas Hotel with a couple of challenging Krazy Thom sweeps before the big rat extermination.

Next, we’ll shoot some plates, chickens, and a Josey Wales sweep on stage 2 before heading to the Cabbage Patch to blast a hoard of zombies, bone-heads, punkin’ heads, and hob-goblins!

The “elk stage” will have its own surprises this time; I can’t tell, it’s a surprise, but we’ll shoot 2 Nevada sweeps plus 2 shotgun targets.

The “Fort” is where the clay birds are shot.

The trap machine is working again! Yay!

We’ll shoot some birds and end with some easy

Two-One-Two sweeps on the steel targets.

Sound like fun? You bet!

Of course if it rains, all this changes!

We have different scenarios if it rains but we will shoot rain or shine!

Anyway, a good time is sure to be had by most everybody!

I hope to see you there!
